About Maui
Maui offers the best balance of relaxation and adventure in Hawaii. West Maui (Ka'anapali, Lahaina) has the best beaches and resorts. South Maui (Wailea) is drier and more upscale. Upcountry Maui and Hana are for the adventurous. Do not try to see everything in one trip — pick a side of the island and commit.
